These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the mmr12 website (mmr12.mom) and all related services. By accessing the site, registering an account, or playing, you are considered to have accepted and agreed to all of these terms.

mmr12 reserves the right to update these terms at any time to improve its services. Any changes will be announced on the website, and continued use of the site will be considered acceptance of those changes.

2.1 — Age Restriction

You must be 21+ to play on the mmr12 platform. Creating an account or placing bets by anyone under 21 is strictly prohibited. Age verification may be carried out at any time. If an account holder is found to be under 21, the account will be closed immediately and any funds in it will be forfeited.

2.2 — Account Registration

Each player may only hold one account. You must provide accurate and truthful information when registering. Accounts opened with false or misleading information may be closed and could face a ban.

• Registration — your real name and correct contact details
• Account — may not be opened using another person's personal information
• Payments — using your own KBZPay, Wave Money, or AYA Pay account only
• Lending, selling, or transferring your account to a third party is not allowed

2.3 — Account Security

You must keep your login credentials (username and password) secure and must not share them with any third party. You are fully responsible for all activity and transactions that occur on your account. If you notice any unauthorised access, contact [email protected] immediately.

3.1 — Deposits

You can deposit on the mmr12 platform using KBZPay, Wave Money, or AYA Pay. The minimum deposit amount is 5,000 Ks. Once a deposit is processed, it will be credited to your account instantly.

mmr12 does not charge any commission on deposits. However, if the payment service provider applies its own fees, that is the provider's responsibility and not mmr12's.

3.2 — Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is 10,000 Ks. Withdrawals are normally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours, in Myanmar Standard Time (MMT).

3.3 — Withdrawal Verification

Before processing a withdrawal, mmr12 may verify the account holder's identity. For withdrawals that include bonus funds, the full wagering requirement must be met before the withdrawal can be made. KYC verification may be carried out as part of anti-money laundering checks, and supporting documents may be requested.

4.1 — Welcome Bonus

New accounts making their first deposit on mmr12 can receive a 200% welcome bonus — up to 100,000 Ks. To withdraw bonus funds, you must wager 15x the bonus amount.

• The bonus cannot be withdrawn — it must be used for gameplay first
• The welcome bonus is given once per account only
• Additional accounts opened from the same IP address or payment method are not eligible for another bonus
• You can play without claiming the bonus, but once claimed it cannot be cancelled

4.2 — VIP Program (Cashback)

mmr12's VIP program has three tiers: Bronze, Silver, and Gold. As players play more, they move up the tiers and earn higher cashback rates.

Cashback is available as cash, and VIP bonuses may have their own terms and conditions.

4.3 — Refer a Friend

The referring player will receive 5% of that friend's first deposit — up to 20,000 Ks as bonus funds. They will also receive 0.1% of that friend's active bets as a weekly commission.

5.1 — Gaming Rules

Every player must set and manage their own gaming budget in advance. Set the amount you are willing to lose and do not go beyond it. mmr12 respects each player's personal decisions and responsibilities, but reserves the right to review a player's gaming behaviour and impose activity limits if necessary.

Players are prohibited from carrying out the following actions. If found doing so, the account will be closed immediately and funds may be forfeited—

• Using software exploits, bots, or any automated tools to play
• Opening an account using another person's personal information
• Money laundering or violating financial laws
• Bonus abuse
• Attempting to gain advance knowledge of game outcomes through unauthorised means
• Hacking the website or carrying out cyber attacks
• Attempting to withdraw bonus funds without completing the required wagering rollover

7.1 — Situations Where mmr12 May Close an Account

In the following situations, mmr12 may close a player's account immediately without prior notice—

• If a breach of these terms and conditions is found
• If there is suspicion of illegal financial activity
• If personal information is found to be incorrect
• If the player is found to be under 21 years of age

7.2 — Self-Exclusion by the Player

All content, designs, logos, software, and code on the mmr12 website are the property of mmr12 and are protected under copyright law. Players are permitted access for personal play only. Copying, distributing, or using these materials for commercial purposes without mmr12's permission is prohibited.

mmr12 is not responsible for losses arising from players' gaming results, consequential damages, or disputes between a player and a third party. mmr12's liability is also limited for losses caused by temporary site downtime, technical issues, or third-party software failures.

Any changes will be announced on the website, and continued use of the site after changes take effect will be considered as acceptance of those changes.
